We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), and orders placed before 1pm will normally be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 20th December cannot be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. Orders placed from 24th to 28th December will not be dispatched until 29th December. Orders placed between 31st December and 3rd January will not be dispatched until 4th January.

Large fitness equipment items such as Treadmills, Exercise Bikes and Elliptical Trainers are shipped directly from our suppliers.
When your order is completed you will be contacted via phone within 48 hours by the suppliers Home Delivery team to arrange a convenient delivery date.
This will usually be between 7 and 10 days from your order date and must be a time when you will be available and on hand to assist with the delivery.
Please ensure you have updated your contact telephone number on the account area as this will be used to contact you.

UK Delivery is normally 1-3 working days after the order has been dispatched, although we ask you to allow up to 5 days as occasionally items can be delayed or misplaced in the postal and courier networks.

We will confirm your order has been dispatched by email.

If you have been waiting for longer than 5 days in the UK, or 2 weeks in Europe and your order has still not arrived please contact us at enquiries@superfit.co.uk or call 0800 677 1314 and we will work to make sure your order is with you as quickly as possible.
Missing items must be notified with in 28 days from dispatch.
