    SuperFit.co.uk Returns Policy

    If you have any issue with an item you have ordered please request a returns authorisation number. This will help us resolve your issue more quickly. In order to obtain a returns authorisation number for an item you wish to return please email returns@superfit.co.uk stating your order reference number, your email address, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.


    Unwanted or Incorrect Items:

    SuperFit.co.uk will immediately authorise returns for any unwanted, incorrect and unopened item as long as the request is made within 7 workings days, following the day of delivery. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept a return for any items that have already been opened, unless they are faulty.

    Damaged or Faulty items:

    We ensure that all items leaving our warehouse are in perfect condition. In order to give authorisation to return a damaged or faulty product, please inform us within 15 days from day of dispatch. Please do not dispose of a damaged product unless you have specifically been instructed to do so by our customer support team.
