i done some research before i bought this product..it was amazing at keeping the hunger at bay.you still have to work out to lose the fat but,this gives you that extra push you need.does what it says on the packet thats why i have bought it again..amazingly fast delivery from this site :)

Well heres a totally honest and open review. Did grenade work for me - Yes.Would I buy it again - Yes (i just have) Was it as good as they said it would be - No.

No the fat doesnt just fall off of you when you wake up in the morning, you do have to do cardio and excersise, and generally put the effort in. However from doing this with Granade and without Grenade I can acurately comment that when taking it I lost more than when I wasnt. Basically I had a decent

The disadvantages are the same as most peoples, it can give you dodgy feeling guts and a bit of heartburn/acid indigestion (I think down to the Cayenne) but I found that drinking another glass of water or even a little milk helped prevent that. The other thing is that you need a crowbar to open the bloody thing up. Once your in, dont put the lid back on all the way.

Other than that, buy it, give it a try. It worked for me.

Grenade gets lots of good reviews. Heres another! Just two capsules in the morning gives me the wake up and focus I need. They dont wear off until the afternoon but even then theres no crash. I dont crave sweets or junk and have even stopped smoking!!!

Would recommend to anyone who is serious about losing weight.
