Directions Never use undiluted
By mouth: Take 4-12 drops in a full glass (300ml) of water or juice between meals, 1-3 times a day. Children over 8 years should take half a dose. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
Scalp care: Add 4-12 drops to each shampooing.
Skin care: 4-12 drops in a tablespoon of water.
