Higher Nature High Strength HCA - 90 Tablets

Higher Nature HCA (Hydroxycitric acid) is a derivative of citric acid that is found in a variety of tropical plants including Garcinia cambogia (tamarind fruit) and works with the body to support metabolism. HCA blocks the enzyme that converts excess glucose into fat and is a useful aid in weight management. HCA also activates the enzyme carnitine acetyltransferase, which increases the rate at which fat is converted into energy. The additional blood glucose and glycogen that result from this process, stimulates the satiety centre in the brain (via the vagus nerve) to create a feeling of fullness and satisfaction. In this indirect way, HCA helps to naturally manage appetite without affecting the central nervous system. Take 1-2 tablets half an hour before a meal, up to 3 times a day.
