Bought this under a month ago. Dosage is really 4 x twice daily - so doesn't last as long. Take 1st dose when wake up, eat 40 mins after then 2nd before lunch - you'll have a constant semi pump all day. Whn you train on it - WOW it kicks in! Feels like you can train forever- Amazing pumps feels like my muscles will explode- no aches or lactic acid when training.

Take four caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and four caplets 30 minutes before lunch (4 + 4). Keep in mind, there is no loading phase with NO2 so continue with the 4 + 4.

Take five caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and five caplets 30 minutes before lunch (5 + 5). Keep in mind, there is no loading phase with NO2 so continue with the 5 + 5.
Notes:
You don't always have to take NO2 before a meal, just so long as you take it on an empty stomach.
You do not have to cycle off NO2.
Important:
If you miss a dose, don't worry, just continue on schedule. Do not double dose to try to make-up for the one you missed. Some users actually take all 10 caplets first thing in the morning just to prevent missing the afternoon dose. Not ideal, but better than continually missing doses. -
