Natures Aid Mega Potency B Complex Time Release tablets are specially formulated to provide a high potency of eight B vitamins plus vitamin C, choline, inositol and P.A.B.A in a formulation designed to release its components over a period of about 6-8 hours.

Natures Aid Vitamin B Complex Mega Potency Time Release tablets are beneficial in relieving anxiety and stress, treating dermatitis and helping maintain energy levels.

Ingredients	Hydroxypropylcellulose, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Thiamin (as Hydrochloride), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate), Riboflavin, Niacin (as Nicotinamide), Inositol, Choline Bitartrate, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Talc, Natural Colours: Titanium Dioxide, Circumin), Vitamin C Prep (Ascorbic Acid, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Para Amino Benzoic Acid (P.A.B.A), Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Source, Stearic Acid, Vitamin B12 Prep (Cyanocobalamin, Calcium Phosphate), Anticaking Agent (Vegetable Source, Magnesium Stearate), Folic Acid, Biotin.
Ingredients per serving	One tablet provides: Vitamin C 250mg Thiamin (B1) 50mg Riboflavin (B2) 50mg Niacin (B3) 50mg Vitamin B6 50mg Folic Acid 200µg Vitamin B12 5µg Biotin 150µg Pantothenic Acid (B5) 50mg Choline Bitartrate 50mg Inositol 50mg P.A.B.A. 30mg

Directions	Take 1- 2 tablets per day with food. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. Taking some B Complexz tablets may result ina darker yellow coloration of urine which is due to the body eliminating excess riboflavin (vitamin B2).
