This is the first protein product I ever bought and can say with certainty that it's a very good product from a trusted manufacturer! I've stuck to the Vanilla flavour, and mix it in semi-skimmed milk rather than water (only because it's too thin of a texture for me personally).
Can't say more than its a great value product as well as the nutrients in the protein being very complete!
Worth every penny I reckon.

For best results use a blender , shaker or shake in a screw topped jar. Otherwise mix with a fork. May be used to replace not more then one meal per day or as an additional protein source between meals before sleeping and on waking. -
