Nutrisport Creatine Bombs - 300 Tablets

just started taking these and the taste (orange flavour) is very much like a lucozade energy tablet. My gym buddy tried them and didnt like the taste - i did. Each to their own i guess. Wil review again when ive finished tub.

I dont think these work very good atall compared to creatine powders, there is not bloated results in taking it but i dont think this is the way to creatine!

Does the job very well and at an affordable price. Orange is very chalky and not pleasent. Buy Strawberry - tastes great!

not sure bout the gains of these yet only been takin for 4 days but i get no buzz what so ever and the orange flavour tastes like chewin a orange paracetamol. il report back if i see any gains

OK so i've been using these for 3 months now. As I said in the last post what other people have described below - Creatine buzz, no fatigue etc... I havnt experienced any of this at all. Obviously i would imagine peoples body work in different ways but i brought these on the understanding of other peoples posts so bear that in mind that it didnt do any of those things for me.

Saying that though I will be buying these again as what i did notice is that while i have been taking these the muscle gain has been more precise than usual. There is no bloating feeling to these at all which is good but as i said above if you take too many expect a slight cramp sensation in your muscles and joints, it's not painfull in the slightest.

Either way im still looking for something to give me the buzz i need to start off my workout as thats my weekest point until i get going. Looks like you cant buy Body NOX anymore as its been removed from all the usual sites anybody got any ideas of an alternative??

This is the first time i've tried these as i usually just stick to Maximuscle Cyclone and decided that i needed an extra kick to get me started again. I was looking for Dorian Yates NOX sachets but there was non in stock so after reading the reviews i went for these. After getting them im a little confused though as on the bottle it says do not take before excercise and it also says do not take with protein as it will stop it from absorbing correctly. Going from the above reviews that seems to be what everyone else is doing. Is there any point in this or is it just defeating the point of taking them in the first place?

Anyway the tablets themselves are good they taste fine, i was expecting them to taste alot worse just make sure you take with lots of water. They are obviously doing something as im taking 3 sets of 3 a day as it says to do so for the first week and a while after you take them (maybe the 2nd/3rd set) you get this feeling, it's hard to explain. It's like a dull ache in your muscles and joints all over but with out any 'ache' or pain just as if it's doing something.

As for the people above saying they get an instant buzz - I want some of what there having because i certainly dont get one in the slightest but maybe it's because ive only taken them for the past 6 days even though im taking 9 a day. The bottle itself is also a lot bigger than i expected.

usually with creatien you get these bloated stomachs and it feels messed up...not with this, its pratically bloat free.

i brought the orange flavour and its not that bad tasting its bit like a normal fizzy sweet and ill try the chocolate one next so i can have it with my PWO shake

performance wise its worked amazingly, ive put on loads of weight and not all of it is water believe me..fatigue is pratically blown out the window..

however do ensure you drink your water as i started to get acne...these 2 are irelated but cus this uses a lot of water up you need a hell load of it...im 17 you see

These chew really well - no metallic pukey flavour at all. The explosive buzz feeling you get is immediate and lasts for about half an hour. It's also a clean buzz too and really helps the workout. Definately my creatine of choice from now on - actually enjoying chewing them! My only slight reservation is that as i got to the bottom of the tub (which is plastic despite looking like glass), some of the tablets had started to break up, but there is a LOT in there so not a major deal.

I used to take creatine powders and mix it in with my protein, but i recently switched to whey refresh by reflex nutrition and so needed another way to take my creatine. Wow. These creatine bombs not only deliver in terms of performance - i've never felt a creatine hit like this - but they are also actually very tasty. i can compare them to something like a fruit flavoured rennie - i.e. a bit chalky but very palletable and actually taste of the flavour. i've tried chocolate and strawberry flavours, and will try the orange next, when superfit get it back it stock!

i was originally looking for a decent protein supplement when i came onto this site. I found the 90+ protein and it mentioned on the product page about these little gems. Im happy with the resutls and they actually taste ok as well! creatine in the past, especially the more expenisve ones don;t taste too good,. THey have good results but if you want consistant results and a great taste, i suggest these.,
