The ingredients of this product are excellent and at the price it offers great value. The choc malt is slighly unusual taste but is quite nice. Definately recommend as a great vaule meal replacement.

i like this product a lot. borught the banan flavour originally and it wasnt the greatest but similar to ronseal, it does exactly what it says on the tub! very filling indeed/.

Brought again recently and i have to say the chocolate is loads better tasting. strongly recommend to people looking to top up their diets and obtain that extra protein for muscle growth.

Ingredients per serving	Calories 242 Protein 48g Carbohydrates 24g Fats 2.9g

Directions	Add 3 heaped scoops, roughly to the 200ml mark on the shaker bottle. Add water up to 500ml mark. Close the lid and shake vigorously. Powder should be stored in a cool dry place. Once made, the drink should be consumed within 2 hours, or on the same day if refrigerated.
