ya gain weight but not very refined

Quick delivery, great price and tastes as good as the protein from some of the leading competitors.

I bought the chocolate flavour and sure it's no Nesquik or Maccy D's milkshake, but the taste is still satisfying. Not sure what all the fuss is about.

I add about 450ml of water to my shaker which makes it a bit thicker and have 4 scoops in the morning for breakfast and 4 scoops after my interval training. Been using it for 4 days now and haven't ached once after rigorous workouts so am very pleased.

No signs of stomach upset or bloating either.

All in all a good product. I gave it four out of five stars purely because I haven't used it long enough to assess how good it is at improving muscle mass. I'm confident though :)

I bought vanilla but the taste is not nice when mixed with water so i add chopped bananas and milk, its sounds sick but its really nice, this products works well and at a bargain price, they just need to tweak the taste lol

This is by far the cheapest decent mrp like product I bought but definitely not the worst. All tastes are nice and no probs with digestion either. Just do not expect miracles this is only food:) Great fast delivery as well.

I'll admit it took a while to get used to the taste,but you can't argue with A:the price and B:the results. In fact I'm about to order my 3rd tub son as I'm done writing this..

i will be honest with you, the taste isnt great! and the fact that you put a pint of water with 4 large scoops gets a little bit to much at times. but if your looking for bulk use this. iv put on a stone in weight and defo intend to use this again. its perfect for bulk.

I dont know what everyone is complaining about the taste for - I'd drink this stuff just for fun as a nice choc milkshake! :-)
If you want to taste something truly grim, try holland and barrats soya protien isolate!
I use this as a recovery drink after long runs, does the job, and makes me feel like I'm having something a little yummy after all my effort.

Im afraid to say this product was a disappointment even though im sure given time it would be a decent mass gainer....the tast was aweful one of the worst ive come across, tried mixing with everything u can think of yoghurt juice milk etc even added sugar or honey...still tasted mechanical! something they certainly need to work on in future.

ive been using the product for 3 weeks very good value for the money i have noticed gained in strength but not in defeniton ive tried different proteins in the past but failed to impress me so i thought id give this product ago i wud reccomend it to any 1

this protein is very good value for the price, just finished my first tub. It mixes easily with a shaker and tastes great. I've been taking 1 in the morning, 1 after training and 1 at night and have seen definate results. And not to mentaion all the amino acids it contains. Its brilliant, defo recommend

I have tried other protein/ carb products including some of the leading brands but have found this product almost as effective but at a fraction of the price. Briliant for anyone on a tight budget..

i have been takin this product for 2 dayz now,,u sure its a weight gain and not a weight loss powder coz all im doin is spendin my time on the toilet,,,but im still hopin the gains will follow...

Ok lets look at this systematically-
Pros. Very very cheap, i personally think it worked well as a recovery shake.
Cons. Taste definatly aint the best, didnt see any real mass gain even though both me and a friend both were taken it and working out like a couple of motherf*ckers. Also sometimes gave very bad gas.
Overall cheap high quality protein but as far as mass gainers go this definatly isnt one, mass attack blows it out of the water.

i have just finished my first tub in just under a month and have gained 10lbs of mainly muscle! got stronger too, bench went from 60kg for 10 to 77.5kg for 10 (just started going to the gym).

Tried the vanilla flavour today . so far am not impressed has done nothing and is giving me gas , damm i'm annoyed, i better go back to the american product i normally use anychance of getting a refund....................

Wow this product is fantastic value for muney but...... the taste is disgusting. I have tried over 20 all in one/ protein powders and this is by far the worst taste yet. However for the price fantasic!

gained 50lbs in 20 days!!! excellent product...
