I dont know what the fuss is all about with the flavor, i have strawberry an as long as you dont put too much water in it tastes fine, 5kg for £45.99 you can moan at that. 4 shakes a day, a good diet and 5 times a week at gym and im putting 2-3 pound a week on.

I have been using this product on/off for two years now and did make good results last year. I switched to the nurisport protein and carb drink but now am witching back. i last brough strawberry i found it absolutley vile, it tasted very very bitter, like left out milk and even emailed nutrisport to see if this was normal. I was told they change the supplier of flavours every so often and to try a different flavour. I tried vanila and was ok, not bitter just not a great taste. When i had vanilla two years ago it tasted great, it looks as if they are always looking for the cheaper flavour supplier. Just avoid the strawberry at all cost!!!

I buy this for my husband and he is really impressed with it. It is the ultimate multi-combo weight gainer and it seems the only one on the market where it actually gains you weight.

Overall cant fault this product too much, the chocolate did get me thinking id bought a tub of cocoa powder however it does do exactly what it says. And to be honest if your all about gaining weight like I am, then the taste is really of little relevance. If you want to gain weight then you gotta put up with it.

super service from superfit as always. how ever this stuff taste like S*** it really does i have never experienced anything like it i was sick second time taking it. i can say i did see some good gains (Strength And Endurance) but really struggled to drink it, the smell, taste and after taste is out of this world i had to garggle with bitter lemon juice after every shake to get rid of the taste as well as blocking my nose with tissue so couldnt smell it while drinkin it. I RECCOMMEND A MORE EXPENSIVE BRAND OPTIMUM HEALTH IS BRILLIANT AND TASTE SUPERB

this really is BY FAR the most disgusting protein shake i have ever tasted. i'll still rate 3 stars as i haven't taken it long enough to reap the benefits or to even see if there are!

After taking many supplements and sticking to the same routine of my training, i seen no gains. However, i actually seen gains instantly by using this product. By taking the product effectively and fitting it to the right diet it was perfect. With extreme intense training i bulked up and put a over 6kilos on in under 2 months. Very satisfied.
With the flavour... all i have had is strawberry, but it does the trick! The taste is not the best, but with a blend of water and milk its far from disguesting, its actually quite nice!
5/5 Excellent!Cameron -
After returning back to the UK I needed to put mass back on after losing about 4kg in about four weeks due to jetlag, rapid change of diet and acclimatisation. I'm on a tight budget and generally suspicious of glossy adverts with loads of bargraphs.
After using the normal shopping bots and surfing reviews. Nutrisport came top of the list - an isolate, good complex carbs, and creatine! And value for money!
Initial use for one week and a half gave me some runs then things settled down! I didn't stick strictly to the recommended doses - I'm a slightly below average hard gainer - 1.68m 74kg. After one month I'm now hovering below 78kg. nb. I also ate protein bars (finished two boxes in two weeks) and upped normal meals. So, it's helped to gain mass and I do look bulkier but also my waist has thickened (this happens with all weight gainers I believe!). So it's back to normal protein powders and CV for me now!
Finally, taste wise no problems Strawberry flavourAsh London -
I ordered a tub of this powder on a Friday morning and it arrived on the Monday morning.
Superb service.
As for gains - it's only been 8 days but I have noticed strength increases and a slight increase in muscle mass of between 1 and 2 lbs.
I use 3 scoops immediately upon waking and 5 scoops either right after training or just before I go to bed.
As for the taste, I really don't know why some people call this stuff revolting because it isn't.
I've bought the strawberry flavour and I mix it with water, ok if you were served this in a restaurant you could have grounds for complaint, but it really isn't as bad as people would have you believe (I've read reviews of this product on other websites including one guy who said it made him sick - what rubbish!).
After a few months I'll put up another review and let you know just how much I've gained in strength and muscle mass - I'm expecting pretty good results as I can feel the difference even after 8 days!
These are the supplements I'm using:
3 scoops Nutrisport weight gain + 1 scoop Nutrisport Whey isolate powder upon waking.
1 scoop Nutrisport Whey isolate powder mid afternoon
5 scoops Nutrisport weight gain powder after training or before bed + 3 grams Nutrisport Creatine Monohydrate powder daily.
**I only use 3 grams of creatine monohydrate because the weight gain powder also contains creatine monohydrate.Shaun -
I think this is a bloody good product and definitely good value for your money.
Admittedly I have to agree, the chocolate flavour tastes vile, it's like overdosing on cocoa powder but the strawberry isn't too bad.
Also it says 5 scoops is 100g but by my scales 100g came up as 3 scoops and i got 51 servings with that measure, so as long as you use your noggin and adjust the servings to your personal metabolism/ goals (and don't buy the chocolate flavour !!) it's well worth buying.Growler -
Put on a lot of weight with this product...... too much infact! Was having three shakes a day, which was too much for me, so just make sure to adjust the servings to your personal needs.

Guys! (and girls),
Bought this product as the blurb read well and it appeared to be good value.
After trying the 90+ protein product by the same manufacturers I wasn't expecting a great tasting product but a good value product that did the job.... I WAS WRONG
90+ tastes pretty bad but this one (Chocolate) is absolutely intolerable! On 2 occasions I was physically sick from drinking it! It's horrendous with milk or water! How can you put weight on with a weight gain shake when you can't even swallow the stuff?!
I certainly wont ever be considering nutrisport for ANY other sports supplements after one bad experience (90+) followed by one that actually made me sick!
On a plus side tho superfit.co.uk have always been absoulutely spot on as far as service & delivery times go! Keep up the good work superfit! Shall definitely be buying from you for years to come!Joe
To gain weight you need to increase your daily food intake with good nutrition. Protein and carbohydrates are the key nutrients in weight gaining and achieving a 'toned' look.A good daily diet is important and should be supplemented at least 3 times per day with a nutritious drink (between meals). The extra protein and carbohydrate (not fat and refined sugar) will enable your body to gain weight healthily.
Weight Gain is ideal for those with a fast metabolism or lean physique who find it difficult to bulk up' with their normal calorie intake.
Most of the energy comes from carbohydrates and protein rather than fat (35% protein, 50% carbs, 4% fat).
9g Creatine and 18g BCAA's per daily serving.Ingredients per serving Energy Kilojoules - 1551kj
Energy Kilocalories - 369kcal
Protein - 35.5g
Carbohydrates - 50g
Fat - 4g
(creatine monohydrate) - 3g
(branched chain amino acids) - 6gIngredients Ion exchange microfiltered whey protein isolate, maltodextrin, creatine, branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), flavour (nature identical). Directions Add 5 scoops (100g) to 1 pint of water. For best results use a blender, shaker or shake in a screw topped jar, otherwise mix with a fork. You may wish to use milk, this is less nutritionally accurate and less economical than mixing with water. Take this 100g serving 3 or more times per day in addition to your normal meals, especially in between meals and before sleeping. Featured review- Nutrisport Weight Gain
