I paid only £35.99 for this which is excellent considering there is nearly 3 months supply of this even with me drinking 2 drinks a day every day. The only downside to this product is that is far too thick when made up and chocolate was the only flavour available which is never my first choice when buying shake.

really great value and good quality ingredients. BCCA's would complete this great shake. Also advice users to mix with Milk for more protein and to improve the taste. Is very thick texture with water and I find it undrinkable but good with Milk.

this was great value and has a great taste, Love the speedy delivery also. A little thick however so it can sometimes be too much, make sure you mix lots of water with this.

I cant believe how cheap this is and it came the day after i ordered it which is incredible. Normally protein tastes foul but this isnt too bad and has a really sweet after taste. Also like others have said, the best way to mix it is 150ml of water and 150ml of milk. This produces a nice smooth shake. Will definitely be looking to purchase again of here soon!

This is a really good price for the quantity and it arrived the day after I ordered it which was impressive. I've tried it a few ways and agree its best with half milk/half water. It's not over chocolately just the right amount that chocolate hates like myself can still enjoy! I'd recommend this to others.

This is protein blend which contains Casein so yes it will have bit of texture.
i'm not choc fan, but any other flavour than choc don't taste good with casein, to me NewGen taste better than Nutrisport 90+ , no it is not to sweet and dude you want less thick just add more milk or water simple as that. got this for £35.99 which makes the cheapest ever 5kg.

This shake is amazing value for money, seeing some nice results, however even a 26g scoop with water and especially milk is way too thick, if I want 2 scoops I have to drink some (not easy as it ends up like blamange) add more water and then drink the rest, other brands are still like water with the same amount, so surely this can be achieved, other than that, at 21.6g per 26 is a very good amount of protein, I would like to see a choc mint or a strawberry next please guys.

This is jus a quick reply after reading your paragragh i kinda had the same problem when i first bought it but iv found it much beta for me by mixing part water part milk 150 mls each then add your powder in an give it a good shake i find it not too thick or too powdery.i hope this has helped.

quality protien unbelivable muscle gains need a new flavour chocolates horrible but thats just me

Unbelievable how cheap this supplement is and I'm really impressed with the results but I am finding it an un enjoyable experience actually taking the protein. I'm having 4 scoops a day, 2 post workout and 2 before bed BUT I can't seem to find a nice way to take this stuff. First time I had it I used 2 scoops to about 450ml of milk and the shake was far too thick and powdery. I'm currently having to have two separate shakes with one scoop in each to act as an equivalent to having a single 2 scoop shake. I'm using water as well instead of milk to try and keep the consistency of the shake a little less viscous but I just can't enjoy the shake. That aftertaste is way too sweet and sometimes, even after frequent shaking, the end product is still a bit powdery. Any tips or recommendations for how to get a more satisfactory shake would be greatly appreciated.

At 21p a serving you just cannot go wrong! The protein tastes really nice when mixed well, but is a real ball ache to mix. No complaints though due to the AMAZING value!

This is by far the best tasting shake I had to date. It even tastes good mixed with 175g low fat yogurt to act act as a desert or slow burner before bed. Hats off to you NewGen!!!!!

For starters, I don't think you can go too wrong when you look at the value for money. I tried mixing it with water to begin with but taste and texture weren't that great so tried it with milk to make a fantastic milkshake. Only need 100-150ml and it tasted sooo much better. So much so, I caught my daughter swigging from it when I put it down and she gave it a big thumbs up.
I've only been using it for a few weeks so it's still early days but all results appear to be positive. I would like to see other flavours as chocolate wouldn't have been my first choice....vanilla, banana and strawberry would make it easier to supplement other foods/meals.
Overall, i love it and if they can hold the price point and add more flavours to the line, my future custom is guaranteed.
