22/05/2009 Great High 5 Rating Review by gazza manI now buy 10 of these at a time that's 70 sachets for £30! They are so easy to take with you without fiddling around with tubs 'n stuff. The energy gels are great too for taking in the middle of a run as they really give you a boost, but i do know that some people are intolerant to them as they can set certain things in motion so best to try one at home first, if you know what i mean ;-) That actually happened to me the first time i took an energy gel, but after the first time i was fine and havn't looked back - i love them now! Shame there's no bar in there cos High 5 bars are definately the best in my opinion. Their protein recovery bars rule, that's why it's only a 4 star because i would be great to have one protein bar in their - will High 5 product a sample pack of energy bars and protein bars?
