I enjoy taking quite a variety of supplements to maintain my health, and i had been looking for a multivitamin to top myself up with the vitamins that i don't obtain in my daily diet. A friend recommended a few different products but it was the Nexgen that was for the most sensible amount of money. Very easy to take the only annoyance is remembering to take them twice daily!

Great multivits that i can't normally get in my average diet. but I don't like how you have to take them twice a day. Missing some vital vitamins which was a bit annoying such as potassium. The pro-biotics and herbal extracts are good though.
