Reflex Instant Whey - 2.27kg (5.0lb)

I've used this product for a couple of months and find that it gives me MASSIVE headaches....
It also takes about a week for them to clear up when I stop taking it...
I've just re-started after a month off and within 3 days the massive headache pain is back... Nothing to do with blood pressure.....
I'll be going back to LA Whey with which I have no problems....

I'm basing my 2 stars purely on taste as I'm yet to find out if it's any good at it's primary function - repair and growth.
Bought chocolate and there's nothing chocolate about the mix apart from it's color.

Tastes very artificial. Should have gone for my usual Sci-Mx Premium Whey which is absolutely fantastic and is about the same price. Shame. Wasted money.

great gains great tasting excellent value for money ,ive tried all the rest believe me nothing compares i'll never try anything else ,stop wasting time looking elsewhere BUY IT NOW YOU FOOLS.

...and I must say I dont really like it. Its really sweet and does not really taste of how I imagined chocolate orange to be. It also coagulates leaves small bits on the side of the shaker after shaking well which is a pain when rinsing the bottle out. The protein itself is ok but even so I really needed to neck it to get it down. Wont be getting this again mainly because it sticks to the side of the shaker but otherwise an average protein whey. 3/5

had chocolate was horrible no matter how hard you shaked the shaker it left bits in the drink i use to hate finshing my workout cause i knew i had that to look forward to

This stuff does work, especially reduces your recovery time, I can work out 4 times a week easily. I had the strawberry one, it tastes okay, slight after taste and I got a bit bored of it now so I'm buying another tub, I think I'll go for mint chocolate. I've been taking 3 scoops instead of 2 after each workout and I did see improvements, it lasted me for quite long time.
I would recommend it for someone who wants to tone up, gain some lean muscle and maybe lose some fat (depends on the type of work out you do).

good whey at the price but find it very watery and when mixed with milk gives me an upset stomache quite badly! so best stick to water mix - sick of the taste of vanilla so may change to choc

This stuff mixes very well, tastes great (strawberry), and the tub seems to never end. Great price from SuperFit. I suffer from IBS and I have had no stomache issues like I have done from other whey brands. Definately noticed lean gains from using this product alone. Think I'll be a fan for life. Love it

When i first used this i had it with milk, and for the next 2 days i had a bad stomach but i have now been using it with just water for a few weeks now and have had no problems with it.

This is a good quality protein powder, however the added lactospores really do give you a bad stomach for days if you consume more than the recommended dosage of this powder.

ive used many protein drinks over the last year and reflex has been the best by a mile. I've had mint choc which to me tasted like mint aero. Im currently enjoying choc orange which tastes like orange clubs. Mixes and tastes superb and reasonably priced especially when getting two tubs. Ordering my 3rd and 4th tub while online today!

Personally I’m a bit of a tight ass and do not like to part with my money! I used to use the Atlas Whey protein 5kg tub for £40 odd quid or so. I thought I would treat myself over Christmas and brought one tub of the choc mint and one of the choc orange! Well I have only used the choc mint at the moment but the taste is outstanding both with water and milk which is unusual! I have yet to use it with my porridge! No bloating and no funny side effects like you get with most! I will definitely be purchasing more of the reflex stuff and experimenting! It's a shame they don't do the nice choc flavours in the big 5kg bag but hey ho! PEOPLE THIS STUFF IS THE BEST, DEFO WORTH THE EXTRA FEW QUID!!!

When you compare the number of servings you get for the price, there's no better whey on the market in my opinion. Guaranteed 80% protein content, great taste and, most importantly, you see and feel the results in the gym. I've even tried more expensive products in the past and think this kicks the ass off all of them, with less impact on your wallet. Made in the UK too, so you're not only making a great choice for yourself, but also your country! :-)

Being a previous maximuscle user I have been very impressed with the quality & quantity of reflex whey. I have been using the chocolate flavour and mixing it with water and although its doesn't tantalise my taste buds, it is certainly pleasant enough to consume without leaving a foul taste in your mouth. I Found 2 scoops was a bit weak so I have been using 3 scoops twice a day instead, starting to see good results already. Reflex is definitely the way forward, bye maximusle, you're just too expensive!

Tastes fine and goes down o.k. Slight chalky aftertaste but that can easily be washed down with a bit of water. Have tried it mixed with both water and skimmed milk and both are fine. I prefer it with water myself but with milk it could substitute a small meal or snack.

A very good whey 4 a very good price high protein content low carb. Easy to digest due 2 digestive enzymes they realy do work helping 2 digest the protein and reduce bloating .Serving size is 25g 2 scoops which is small so i would use 3-4 scoops this means u r geting the same amount of protein as other makes such as usn and sci but is still cheaper as ur still using less product because of high protein content .Mix with milk so ur getting slow release protein as wel as fast release from the whey. Reflex Instant whey is a must 4 anyone wanting a quality tasty benefical high protein sorce + its a british make so in my book that means its well worth buying over american brands
