Yes banana tastes shabby, but after using it for a while now it does offer good results so its worth it.

I ordered this item two weeks ago and I am impressed so far. The first thing I wanted to comment on was Superfits excellent delivery time, very pleased with that.

In regards to the product itself, I've been using it for two weeks and it has aided with my recovery times as well as my definition and size. I have been on a proper diet and routine now for around 4 weeks and I added the protein shakes into it half way through (week 3). I noticed quicker changes since taking the protein shake. My tub is lasting me a lot longer then the 28 servings this product states. The reason being, I am only adding two full scoops to water/milk, rather then the stated 3 scoops which is just too strong and sickly.

Once I order another tub at the end of the month I will update again. As I said at the start, it's early days, but I would recommend and have recommended this item to other people. But like all supp's, a healthy diet and good workout routine is a must, don't rely on supp's to magically change your body on their own.

1st of all I have to say i dont care about the taste of these products as there just drinks that take 2 mins of your time to drink & then its gone. However I do feel the need to advise others that if taste is something that u consider when buying then dont go for this!

Unlike the featured review that states "banana is fantastic!" - IT'S NOT!!!

Believe me I have used Protein 90+, Maximuscle Cyclone, Instant Whey, Optimum Health, Boots own brand, Iv'e used them all. All of which have tasted as expected really quite nice, This one however at least the banana flavour just tastes of liquidised sugar & that is in no way an exaggeration in fact I would put a £10 bet that if given the 2 u wud not be able to tell the difference on taste alone.

As I said i just gulp it down so taste doesnt bother me too much but it literary does give me tooth ache after i drink it, absolutely no joke & can make me feel a little sick after drinking it as u just cant get rid of the sugary taste in ur throat for hours afterwards.

Apart from that I havnt used it long enough to see what results i get so i wont comment to much on that yet. If the results are good tho then it's worth it but if not this is the only product i've used that i wud say i wud never use again, ill let u kno.

I've been using this stuff consistently for 2 months now and in that time (with regular gym visits), I've put on 7kg and I'm a skinny guy who's always had trouble building muscle mass! I've tried every flavour (except chocolate) and they range from bearable to good. Except banana, which tastes fantastic!! Just like crusha milkshakes I used to have when I was younger :-) And to top it all off, its pretty good on the value front too! Awesome stuff and I can see myself using it for a long time.

chocolate tastes just fine. been taking it for three weeks now, the recommended dose (3 scoops morning and evening).
can definitely see improvement in size, but not sure about strength yet. might just take a while. first time in my life that i'm taking supplements, so it might take longer. hopefully it's not just size that will evaporate once i stop taking shakes, cause the increase is of course mainly due to the creatine effects.

Nice price, shame about the taste, banana was sickly after a couple of weeks and made me want to stop taking it, so tried the vanilla flavour which seems a little better, the next one on my list is strawberry .I've also ordered some energy bars to break up the daily routine of taking shakes.Overall though am happy with the product.

hi evey one i have read all reviews but no one one have said anythink about the gains. i would like to know if any one thinks one stop has put any lean muscle mass? please can any one enligten me as i have just got a tub and would like to know if i have made the right move thanks. Jay

It's a good all rounder, but I personally prefer the taste of cyclone!!! Going to stick with it for a couple of months and ride out the taste!!!

Bought 2 tubs of this recently as not into it in such a big way as to buy everything separately. Must admit it was the volume and cost against Maximuscle that drew me towards this product and after using the 2 tubs I'll definately pick this before maximuscle in future. I put on 5 pounds in 6 weeks which for a hard gainer like me is a good result! The chocolate flavour is OK, not unlikable in fact a bit sickly when taking twice a day.

Good, but a cyclone beater?

Yes, you get 2.1KG rather than cyclones 1.2KG but One Stop requires bigger portions - 3 scoops! I Guarantee if you take 3 scoops twice daily(6 scoops, as recommended on tub) it will last you just as long as cyclone, roughly 2 weeks and a few days, so its not all that good getting a bigger tub, although i only take 4 scoops daily hopefully making it last over 3 weeks.

Now the taste,(chocolate flavour) its strangely over flavored, by protein shake standards, usually they're flavourless and chalky but this is the oposite, after you've drank this you won't feel like working out! After the 1st time it gets better and its not too bad i supose, just different to other shakes.

After these negative points there are a few good points, it provides daily vitamins and packs a reasonable amount of protein and because i take less than recommended it lasts me longer than maximuscle's cyclone.

It's a debate over this and cyclone, i might stick with it, i'm unsure. I ordered 4 of these at 1 time so i guess i'm stuck with them for now ,i'll wait for the results.

This protein supplement is true quality. It's mixability and taste are awesome and I've felt a definate gain in strength and drive in the week I've been taking it.

It's worth buying 2 at the same time if your budget allows as it's recommended to take two serving per day so, with 28 servings in 1 tub, it will last you 2 weeks.

I can't recommend this product enough and will definately be back for more.

im jumping on the great taste and great value band wagon for this product. had tried a few of these so called 'ultimate products' in the past containing loads of nutrients but the taste is normally horrific. this one is good though, good shake, and easy to consume. first time i tried it i was a bit bloated after but i think its just the transition between supplements and my body trying to deal with it all!

overall, very happy indeed.

OK so theres no denying its great value for money, and I've got to admit it also tastes a damn site better than Cyclone, but... I've had nothing but stomach pains since switching to One Stop.

It's a real shame and perhaps its just me, but clearly its not for everyone.

I've just left a negative review of Cyclone and thought it only fair that i leave a positive review of One stop as it is whey better than Cyclone on price and tastes just as good - you get twice as much for the same money. Good one Reflex - Reflex versus Maximuscle? Well maximuscle probably have more money than god and i only recently heard of reflex but i know where my money will go now.

This is great. 2kg for £30 odd quid versus 1kg cyclone for same money! sort it out maximuscle - reflex are going to clean up with this. tastes better too imho.

I tried this out after seeing an advert in a mens magazine for it cos it was so much cheaper than maximuscle, but it's actually nicer aswell and I think it is just as good too. Probly if you are really into your stuff in a big way you'd buy everything separetly as like cyclone some of the ingredients are probably not as strong as they could be but i'm a shake and go person so this is peefect for that.
