Directions	Due to the potency and stimulating effects of Performance Matrix it is recommended that you assess your tolerance to this product before using as part of your training regime. To assess your tolerance: Mix 20g (approx one level 25ml measure) with 200ml of water stirring vigourously with a fork and consume on an empty stomach. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate consume another 20g serving after the 30 minute break and assess your tolerance again. Do not take a third serving! On Training Days: Ensure that you assess your tolerance to this product before using to aid training. Mix 20g-40g (approx one to two level 25ml measures) with 200-400ml water stirring vigourously with a fork and consume 20-30 minutes before your workout. To maximise benefit consume this product on an empty stomach. On Non-Training days: Consider using the non-caffeinated version of Performance Matrix. Mix 20g (approx one level 25ml measure) with 200ml of water stirring vigourously with a fork. Consume on an empty stomach. Discontinue use of this product after 12 weeks of use an take a four week break before resuming use. Warnings: This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
