17/09/2009 Good results from Express Whey Protein Rating Review by Jason KnightI've been using Express Whey for about 3 months now, before which i wasn't using any protein or anything. I go to the gym about 3 times a week and have noticed a significant improvement in the rate of my overall tone and muscle development since using protein. I love the banana split flavour too having switched from vanilla - it seems to mask the protein after taste a bit better. Definately recommend. -

20/03/2009 My favourite protein so far Rating Review by zakmanI've tried many different whey protein powders now, having begun with the obvious things like maximuscle and optimum nutrition and then settling on reflex instant whey. However, I reckon this is the best you can buy. For value, flavour and purity i recommend this. The only thing is be careful which flavours - some of them are a bit foul - stick with chocolate, strawbries and cream or vanilla and you'll be fine though. The other good thing is the tub is pretty strudy as well unlike some of the other value brands.
