Buy Fine ground oats and add it to your Protein shake ! and you get a clean good way to get ur mass , unlike stuffing 300g + Suger in ur body . -

14/12/2009 IT WORKS. Rating Review by PT-GMake no mistake you will put on weight with this product and if you're training properly then you will see some good results from it. Be warned though all the carbs in this one are sugars, although it says it's a mix of both complex and simple, and whatever you do don't get the strawberry flavour it tastes like a mix between concrete and cat food lol! For the price it's good but there are some much higher quality gainers out there, e.g Reflex instant mass or ON serious mass. -
