27/07/2010 not bad! Rating Review by adamThis stuff does work, especially reduces your recovery time, I can work out 4 times a week easily. I had the strawberry one, it tastes okay, slight after taste and I got a bit bored of it now so I'm buying another tub, I think I'll go for mint chocolate. I've been taking 3 scoops instead of 2 after each workout and I did see improvements, it lasted me for quite long time.
I would recommend it for someone who wants to tone up, gain some lean muscle and maybe lose some fat (depends on the type of work out you do).

28/06/2010 great taste but quite watery Rating Review by ajgood whey at the price but find it very watery and when mixed with milk gives me an upset stomache quite badly! so best stick to water mix - sick of the taste of vanilla so may change to choc -
09/06/2010 Quality Whey Rating Review by MichaelThis stuff mixes very well, tastes great (strawberry), and the tub seems to never end. Great price from SuperFit. I suffer from IBS and I have had no stomache issues like I have done from other whey brands. Definately noticed lean gains from using this product alone. Think I'll be a fan for life. Love it -

22/01/2010 the WHEY forward! Rating Review by Terryive used many protein drinks over the last year and reflex has been the best by a mile. I've had mint choc which to me tasted like mint aero. Im currently enjoying choc orange which tastes like orange clubs. Mixes and tastes superb and reasonably priced especially when getting two tubs. Ordering my 3rd and 4th tub while online today! -
14/12/2009 EXCELLENT Rating Review by ChrisPersonally I’m a bit of a tight ass and do not like to part with my money! I used to use the Atlas Whey protein 5kg tub for £40 odd quid or so. I thought I would treat myself over Christmas and brought one tub of the choc mint and one of the choc orange! Well I have only used the choc mint at the moment but the taste is outstanding both with water and milk which is unusual! I have yet to use it with my porridge! No bloating and no funny side effects like you get with most! I will definitely be purchasing more of the reflex stuff and experimenting! It's a shame they don't do the nice choc flavours in the big 5kg bag but hey ho! PEOPLE THIS STUFF IS THE BEST, DEFO WORTH THE EXTRA FEW QUID!!! -

Guaranteed 80% protein content, great taste and, most importantly, you see and feel the results in the gym. I've even tried more expensive products in the past and think this kicks the ass off all of them, with less impact on your wallet. Made in the UK too, so you're not only making a great choice for yourself, but also your country! :-)
