17/10/2009 Bad Side Affects Rating Review by VickyAfter having a baby i bought sida cordfolia to lose a coulep of pound, i have read alot of reviews saying how good this was and thought i would give it ago.
The first day i started taking it i begain to feel hot and i keeped on having hot flushs, i then would eat somthing and thow it up again, i could not hold anything down and felt sick all day, at the night i could not sleep. unfortunatly this did not work for me i now take Maximuscle Thermobol Diet System which seem to would well with me i have lose now 7 pound and am nealy back to my running weight.

17/09/2009 Seem to work Rating Review by Rob GI bought these in a recent SuperFit promo, and was utterly sceptical, but must say i'm pleasantly surprised. The capsules themselves are of good quality, especially when compared with some of the rubbish from other brands like LA Muscle. The first time i took them (take 2 really for good results btw), just before exercise, i felt a bit more energised. I'm not a muscle nut or anything - i'm trying to lose about 2 stone so doing steps and cycling and have noticed a slight increased in my weight loss since combining these with my exercise. I also take glucosamine for my knee joints as my right knee always hurts after my step exercises! and thoroughly recommend the now foods glucosamine as they are another quality product. -

15/07/2009 Not as good as Garnell Sida Rating Review by Richard BeattieI bought these instead of garnell sida cordifolia, but they're not as strong. They contain just over half the amount of active ingredients. I'll stick with Garnell from now on, but if you do want these they do work, just take an extra capsule to make up for the lack of active ingredient. -
10/07/2009 Good, but buy 2 Rating Review by BenjoeI wasn't sure about sida cordifolia when i first tried it. The good thing was i didn't get any of the side affects you get with some others (hyperdrive anyone!)...but i wasn't sure it was doing much either...so i doubled my dose, and suddenly everything is great. Maybe it depends on your metabolism, but for me it does therefore work out a bit more expensive, but it is a very clean way of burning fat compared to the other products i've tried. So 5 points for effectiveness, 3 points for cost. -

They were recommended to me by a friend and i am now just starting a second lot, but buy them u will lose weight!!!! -

Rating Review by Tony RichardsI bought this when i bought the ultimate whey protein - not really been into fat burners before as the one's i had before made me feel hyper but sida cordifolia is clearly different as i didn't sweat or feel hyper at all except for obviously when i did my workout! I only tried it cos it was so cheap from superfit but i will now be adding it to my regime. Btw - 60 caps is about 1 month supply as it recommends 2 capsules per day. -
17/04/2009 Great Sida Cordifolia Rating Review by funboy freddieI must say i was scepticle about sida cordifolia but i reckon that compaed to some of the more expensive fat burners like hydroxycut this is great and i didn't really get any side affects that you sometimes get with some of the more exotic ones, and i've tried most. The only side afffect i really had was feeling a bit lively, which is no bad thing in itslef. It's great to see Superfit having the optimum health range at such good prices too cos it's more expensive in other places i've seen it. What would be really great though is a multi buy to make buying 120 caps even cheaper??? If it had that it would have been a 5 star, not a 4 star, so come on superfit sort it out!
