22/07/2010 Love the Value Great way to Try Rating Review by CycleKingReally good way to try out a load of gels with out buying £20 worth. Used them during a number of big rides and felt a difference in my energy levels. Would recommend them to cyclists and other endurance sport peeps. -

Rating Review by johngreat pack! it works out at less than 50p per item and they are all great products. i sip at the electrolyte drinks to keep cramp at bay and the energy topped up. then when i hit a real low point maybe 3 hrs into a big cycle ride i'll use a gel and the difference is amazing (gel doesn't taste good though - but they never do) pefrect starter pack to see what works for you. -
19/03/2010 Wow ! Rating Review by KinbarUsed it in the London Triathlon and I felt like I was 12 again. I beat last years time by 15mins. Can't put it all down to this pack but it certainly helped.
Couldn't sleep afterwards though! -

22/05/2009 Great High 5 Rating Review by gazza manI now buy 10 of these at a time that's 70 sachets for £30! They are so easy to take with you without fiddling around with tubs 'n stuff. The energy gels are great too for taking in the middle of a run as they really give you a boost, but i do know that some people are intolerant to them as they can set certain things in motion so best to try one at home first, if you know what i mean ;-) That actually happened to me the first time i took an energy gel, but after the first time i was fine and havn't looked back - i love them now! Shame there's no bar in there cos High 5 bars are definately the best in my opinion. Their protein recovery bars rule, that's why it's only a 4 star because i would be great to have one protein bar in their - will High 5 product a sample pack of energy bars and protein bars? -

Rating Review by fultonreedThis is a great little taster pack, they all taste good and work really well. the gels are very convenient and i felt i could run a lot longer all of a sudden. gave me that little bit extra which will hopefully help me in the county champs coming up soon. think ill buy the full versions next time. cheers.
