Udo's Choice is made from the oils of certified organic flax, sunflower and sesame seeds, with unrefined oils from the germs of rice and oats, evening primrose oil and GMO-free lecithin. The oil has a pleasant nutty taste and adds flavour to any dish such as pasta or rice, but it must not be used for cooking. Udo's Choice should be kept refrigerated and consumed within eight weeks of opening. Directions Start with one tbsp per day and gradually increase to one tbsp for every 50 pounds of body weight per day.
Udo's Choice Oil Blend is compatible with all foods and can be used with cold, warm and hot foods (once off the heat source), but must not be used for frying, baking or other high temperature cooking.
Favorite uses are in fruit or vegetable salads, protein shakes, yogurt, apple sauce and juices.
Try it on steamed vegetables, rice and pastas and baked or mashed potatoes or add it to homemade soup (after cooking).
Mix it with extra virgin olive oil in dishes such as hummus and tabouleh or serve with balsamic vinegar for dipping.
Add to fresh vegetable juices along with Udo's Choice Green Blend, or Udo's Choice Wholesome Fast Food Blend, for a nutritious addition to any meal.

12/05/2010 The best on the market Rating Review by MedicinalThis stuff is the real deal. I have read all of Udo's work on fats and oils and he really knows his stuff. I combine this with some Udo's Beyond Greens in a fruit smoothie. This stuff combined with a good diet will literally change your health for the better. -

Firstly i chose to buy this product after extensive research, i then purchased the product off Superfit due to being the best price i could find.
My purpose for using this oil is to supplement into my diet some healthy fats due to being on a calorie restricted fat loss diet.
I ordered 5 bottles and delivery was next day. However the box was saturated in oil and the courier extremely ****** off cause it was all in the back of his van. The problem was one of the bottles had broke in transit. I must say the packaging was more than adequate, plenty bubble wrap etc..
Shortly after receipt of the package i phoned up Superfit customer services and told them the story. Without hesitation they shipped out a replacement bottle and out doing themselves, they put an extra one in the box. Outstanding service.
